"After starting my practice at Bridgeview Dental in the heart of downtown I eventually moved into a beautiful space I personally renovated just next door. It was a labor of love, and I cherished the time spent caring for clients there. However, as the downtown environment became increasingly challenging—due to rising concerns about safety and accessibility—many of my clients no longer felt comfortable making the trip into the city. Around that time, I began expanding my passion for holistic health and sexual wellness, which led me to discover Revitalize and Dr. Kris Ritchey. Their integrative, wellness-centered approach aligned perfectly with my evolving vision for care. Joining their team has been a refreshing and inspiring new chapter, allowing me to offer my clients the same personalized service with addition of Revitalizes holistic services allowing me to do more treatments in a more welcoming, convenient, and medical environment.

“I firmly believe that aging gracefully is possible and affordable. Living with aches, pain and chronic disease has become the norm in our society. But this doesn’t have to be your “normal”. I have found that when my patients are educated on how to take back control over their daily health and wellness needs such as adequate sleep, a healthy diet, moving their body, and managing stress, they start getting noticeable health improvements. From the foundation of a healthy lifestyle, we can formulate treatment plans that address hormone imbalances, chronic pain, and other health issues.”
Dr. Ritchy credits her career in natural medicine to her mother who started using natural medicine therapies and nutritional support. Long before Dr. Ritchey had considered a career change to medicine, her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Prior to a lumpectomy, she underwent a radical diet change that included eliminating sugar. When it was time for surgery no lump was to be found. This intrigued Dr. Ritchey, prompting an in-depth study on the role of nutrition, herbs, and supplements in maintaining and restoring health. She credits her career in natural medicine to her mother who started using natural medicine therapies and nutritional support Her family is no stranger to cancer. They have supported family members through, or in their passing, from brain, breast, colon, lung, lymphoma, pancreatic, and prostate cancer. Supporting her cancer patients is deeply personal. Her clinical focuses include cancer and chronic diseases, pediatric care, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and pain relief injection therapy.
She graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in 2008. She also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration: Health Administration, as well as dual degrees in human biology and health science: health education from Portland State University. She is an adjunct professor at Portland State University.
